How can I retrieve a password I've forgotten?
Passwords cannot be retrieved for security reasons. However, you can set a new password. Just type your account name into the log in pop-up, and then follow the 'Forgot your password?' link. We'll send an email containing a password reset link to your registered address.

How do I request a validation code?
Every time you change your email address, you must validate it before you can access the Cashier. To request a validation code, click on the 'My Account' menu of the Lobby, and then click on 'Change/validate email'.

Click on the 'Request new validation code or change email' button. This will send a four-digit validation code to your registered email address. Enter this four-digit code into the 'Validate email address' field. Once you've done this, click on the 'Validate' button. A pop-up message confirming the validation will open.

If you do not receive the email containing the four-digit code, please check your junk mail folder. You may have to add to your address book if you have any junk filters.
